What do you like most?
Convenient way to reach your guests, and interact on a personalized level. Easy to build templates, and easy to navigate the software.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Support. Non reliable, and do not get back in a timely manner. Not available on the weekends. System seems to be lagging lately, and I cannot upload large amounts of data. (Contacts, we are not integrated).
