The Loop Inbox® is used to communicate with customers on their preferred channel of choice by location in real time. Existing solutions do not meet the needs of multi-location businesses including routing and reporting by location and other attributes. The Loop Inbox supports traditional, digital and social channels including Email, SMS, Web, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. The inbox allows conversations to be routed to the correct team member by location for immediate response, recovery and resolution. The inbox includes automations as well as a rich set of conversation activities including sentiment analysis, escalations, bot-to-human handoffs, internal notes and more. The inbox allows brands to establish and enforce standards and provide visibility into follow-up and recovery by location. Benbria recently launched a new AI-Assist Writing tool. This innovative feature will take the guesswork out of communicating with your customers and guests and leverage technology to ensure you are being effective when you are writing. It also provides conversation summaries to better understand the problem, resolution and overall customer sentiment based on the exchange. This new tool will help you to simplify writing and improve guest communication.

Prior to the Pandemic, Loop was a key tool in helping us communicate with our guests about their needs while on the run to conferences or meetings. Post Pandemic it has become invaluable as many guests prefer communicating using their own electronic devices.

Answer:

Benbria Loop proved to be a successful tool for guest communication and engagement in all the properties we collaborate. Their approach towards reaching and engaging guests is simple yet very effective. The product is also straightforward to integrate and work with, making them a great partner.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?

Answer:

The way they engage a hotel guest and the data they collect, analyze, and provide to hotels is excellent. The combination of high guest engagement and their analytics makes them stand out from the rest.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?

Answer:

The product itself is good and I would recommend hotels to try it out. It is important to check if it integrates with your PMS as well as your Housekeeping and Staff Collaboration software (if in place) with the intention to automate data exchange between systems and optimize service delivery. If successful the product will result in many questions, service orders, and feedback from guests, which might be an operational challenge if there is no system in place to automate and optimize processes and communication.
