What do you like most?
Introducing the Knowcross system to our resort has revolutionised our Housekeeping operation. We are running much more efficiently and can use the information gathered to improve our services and product even further in the future. We have not been using the system for a year yet but can see the potential to expand across the business.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be helpful if the system could forecast, in order to help with forward planning, rather than just using live information. The reports could be easier to edit in order to suit our purposes better.
