What do you like most?
It was nice to use the hospitality TV service to have a digital guest book on the TVs, but I had to use their "Features" section to create a makeshift guest book, it worked but certainly not worth a subscription price of $20/mo per unit.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The Monscierge tech would be nice if it worked for smaller customers. From the start they made it seem like it was going to be simple and make the TV experience for guests simple, but every question I asked opened up more questions which they should have cleared up from day one. They also communicated with my ISP (SuddenLink, Altice) and said that their "Watch TV" app I wanted would work, but after buying the units of course, it was discovered that it won't work with our ISP. Either the team has no idea how their product works or they are just liars. The Monscierge app doesn't even have functionality to copy/paste events or anything across multiple properties, again not tailored to anything but large hotels. You have to ask support to customize your dashboard, rather than having full customization on the users end and they don't do exactly what was asked of them. On top of that, if you assign them to do something, they are weeks out to complete it for you, so you are dead in the water but still paying the subscription of course. The "Map" function did not work, won't upload PDF maps. It doesn't have a preview function when editing "Features", instead you have to upload one photo at a time, close the app from the ATV and open it back up to see if the formatting is correct.
