What do you like most?
The fact that all responsible persons receive notifications and can be set in a way that comments can be tagged. The service is instant.The service can be confined to your geographical location.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Whilst it is possible to use on a mobile device, it lacks the alertness that some of the IM apps have.It is also kind of cumbersome operating the application from the web browser on mobile. I feel like a bit more mobile support is needed.
