What do you like most?
IRU was developed as a cloud first solution with no legacy architecture holding it back. Forward looking product roadmap.Comprehensive APIs which lead to shorter timeframe for integration development with other solutions. Provides a 360 view of customer data via real time integrations with various system of records. Very stable product with minimal support required from the client's end. Built-in matching, merging and de-duping capabilities.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
IRU has a broad set of solutions. Hence, it would be helpful to understand the various product offerings so as to select the services which match your business needs.
