While working as a consultant for a hotel property, Ireckonu was one of the vendors providing kiosks. From my experience, they were some of the most diligent and dedicated people I have met. Their attention to detail in addition to make sure they met their client’s needs were second to none. I would gladly work with them again.

What differentiates this product or service from the competition?
The expertise of the individuals involved with the project I was working on, was at a whole different level than some vendors I have worked with in the past. Ireckonu always had the right people on the phone to solve for the challenges we faced. Things were adjusted and functional in a very timely manner.

Based on your experience with this product or service, if you could give one piece of advice to a hotelier considering this product or service, what would it be?
It is important to understand that this product is not based out of the US and is headquartered in Europe. They have a fairly extensive support system to accommodate for the time difference but if any major development is needed during off hours, that could be a little challenging. Having said that, they are more than capable of handling customer’s needs and requests giving proper notification. They are also really good at working with other vendors to ensure integrations are working smoothly.
