We can see that Hard Rock was able to easily get the data not only from hotels but also Cafes, Casinos .... meaning there is now a huge database and loyalty program through all different Hard Rock business and makes there loyalty program extremely powerful and add value to having Hard Rock Brand

IRU really made sure to get the job done in detail. Dotting i's and crossing t's. They have been our middle-ware solution and completed a full systems migration in an agile manner. They get to know each member of your team to understand who to get info from in a timely manner, this is not always the case as I've experienced teams just continue to work through 1 contact and items get lost in the shuffle of delegation. If you have the luck of working with their team, especially Bok or Robert, consider yourself in good hands.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only thing they could improve upon are things that are learned over time. Best practices recommendations and guiding teams, especially start-ups, through uncharted territory.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would love to see the search and filtration capabilities improve within the platform, particularly within the logs, so that information and bugs can be identified faster. I would also like to see great flexibility on the end user side to build out custom views and dashboards (In fairness, this may be possible through other IRU products we are not currently using).

I can't speak on the back-end side of things but if you want to create a custom booking engine that integrates with your POS systems than IreckonU is a great option -- your agency will love working with the product and their team
