What do you like most?
That it is geared to the vacation rental market and provides all the features and reports that we need to be able to keep our owners informed. Also the sales channel feature allows us to maximize rental opportuities across multiple channels
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The payment handling set up for multi-property management companies can be better suited to cater to our needs as opposed to the single vacation rental owner. This is under development and I am confident that it will be resolved in the coming year.
