What do you like most?
Hotel Accounting Software is very easy to learn. I am new to the platform and there are multiple helps available within the application itself. I just used it this morning to pull past invoices to help with a project I am working on. The linen Inventory aspect of the software is very easy to use and is incredibly helpful to keep track of our costs in lost linen. As we are now moving into our budget season, it is instrumental in helping me to gather all of the data that I need to make knowledgeable decisions about our hotel's finances. I love to pull the daily flash report first thing in the morning to get a quick snapshot of the previous days numbers. I have not even tapped into all of the potential this application has to offer me. As I continue to learn, I am amazed at all it has to offer.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I am new to HIA, so I don't have enough experience to suggest improvements. I think it's pretty great as is!
