What do you like most?
We started using Hoxel in March, and right from the beginning, its clean and intuitive interface stood out. The layout is well-organized, with clear and easily navigable menus, making Hoxel accessible even to those with little experience with this type of software. Hoxel has proven to be a versatile tool for managing housekeeping and maintenance activities. It offers a wide range of features, including planning, progress tracking, resource management, and team collaboration. One of the most appreciated features is the reporting module, which allows for detailed and customizable analyses, useful for monitoring project performance. The technical support provided by Hoxel met our expectations. When faced with a technical issue, I found the support team to be extremely responsive and c ompetent. The responses were timely, and the proposed solutions were effective.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
An area that could benefit from further improvements is the management of Food & Beverage. Currently, the features dedicated to this sector are limited compared to other areas of the software.
