What do you like most?
Revinate is very easy to use and flexible to create and execute campaigns. Its guest profiling and segmentation are deep in detail. Revenue-generated tracking and performance reports are highly benefit for return of investment evaluation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Highly recommend this system to anyone who can afford it. If it can somehow make it cheaper to use, it will surely benefit the small properties who wants to have this excellent application. Also, the implementation phases need more support. Just 2 meetings in a 12-week long setup period are not enough support to set up and successfully have the system up and running if the users don't have strong IT implementation experiences.
