What do you like most?
One of the best features of Dharma OPS is that I can have easy communications with guests on email and messages from Airbnb, we recently added Whatsapp messages to our communication as well. This has definitely helped the team not to lose any messages and also give fast replies to the guests
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The knowledge base could be a bit more user friendly in certain aspects. We can see that they are constantly making changes tho and now we already see a lot of improvement since we started using the platform in our operations.
