What do you like most?
We manage 80+ vacation rentals across multiple channels under Okey Homes. After one year with Amenitiz, I can confidently say the platform is unstable, unsafe, and not suitable for professional operators. Key issues observed: Data loss and disconnections: A platform update caused all properties to be disconnected, duplicated, and then erased — including official guest registration data required under Italian law (T.U.L.P.S.). This isn’t just an inconvenience; it’s a potential legal exposure. Pricing and synchronization failures: Amenitiz repeatedly sent incorrect rates to OTAs (missing extra-guest pricing, outdated data, wrong updates). Result: over €2,000 in direct losses, despite a correct setup and verified mappings. Broken Chekin integration: The integration fails frequently, blocking guest data transfer and creating compliance gaps in guest registration flows. Website & marketing limitations: Their “integrated” website is slow, poorly optimized, and Google Hotel connectivity supports only one GMB listing — useless for multi-property businesses. Support & accountability: Support responds politely but never provides real resolutions. Critical issues stay open for weeks, often with the blame shifted back to the user. Summary: Amenitiz markets itself as an all-in-one PMS and channel manager, but in reality, it lacks the reliability, QA, and data-safety standards expected in professional operations. For small single-property owners it might suffice, but for multi-unit managers, the operational and financial risks are unacceptable. What do you dislike or think could be improved?
After two years using Amenitiz, nothing has improved. Every issue I reported - from data loss and OTA sync errors to broken integrations - remains unresolved. It’s clear the company does not prioritize fixing structural problems, only surface-level updates. The platform needs a complete rebuild of its core synchronization logic, data safety layer, and customer support process before it can be considered reliable The platform keeps producing inconsistencies, random sync delays, and unstable connections with booking channels. Errors replicate across listings without any control system or rollback mechanism. Financial data fluctuates, automated messages fail, and configuration changes often corrupt live listings. Support promises patches that never arrive. Even routine operations like calendar sync or price pushes require manual checks. The product feels unmonitored, untested, and unsafe for anyone managing more than a single property.
