What do you like most?
We are a new opening hotel, and with Ranova we were able to very quickly collect public reviews to increase our reputation. We also really like the functionality of Whisper, with the post-stay whatsapp surveys so that we could quickly learn what we could improve or change about our guest journey.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The new pre-stay functionality is great, we have enjoyed piloting it, it already allows us to better understand our guests' needs and thier segment, and with time I think it'll get better and better and become even more automated and intelligent in collecting the information to personalize the stay for our guest relations team.
