What do you like most?
1. Faster and more accurate reporting compared to manual entry and can see real-time updates, have useful performance report, things are organized. 2. We kept missing requests or getting orders wrong. 3. Guests love that they can order anytime without calling. 4. Our front staff know guest feedback immediately, and can handle issues before guests check out.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
1. If the system payment can sync our PMS will be great because it will reduce the steps when closing sales, as staff will no longer need to manually enter the payment amount into PMS again.
