What do you like most?
Sometimes our General Manager mention they need to reconcile but in Sojern doesn’t appear. It is a good platform for us to get reservations and hoping to gain more in the future. I like it that the platform has the feature to blast emails to all our customers on a monthly basis. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to see how are the visuals are as I did ask to add my email in the marketing list so I can get a preview on what customers are getting. Till today, I haven’t seen any marketing monthly or bimonthly of the greetings in the email. I also wanted to find out, how far or how many emails that has been distributed to all our guests and is it successful, or is it sent but not open or is is sent but spammed in their email inboxes. Is it also sent directly to the customer via text? On top of the email service from past clients, are we able to put our each property review for customers to give feedback in conjunction with the email distribution? This will help our score rating on google especially. If we are able to do so, it will be an advantage as we dont have to do the work 2 or 3 times on other platforms where customers may be spammed with many emails and next thing you know they will send the emails to trash. Reporting system is always good to have on our end. For example how many customers see the marketing message, how many liked it, how many diverted to other platforms or converted the message to a new reservation or even give us a good review on google.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Extending more visibility and market reach. Is there a data that can show how many impressions and market reach do our ads go to monthly? We could use a monthly update or call with Sojern Representative for an update of how Sojern is supporting our hotels. For wyndham properties, our General Manager mentioned they often get Wyndham reward redemption direct and that is also portrayed as Sojern Production. It may be a glitch. Kindly review and update the matter.
