What do you like most?
Being able to communicate effectively and efficiently with my coworkers in real time. This is great when we have to convey messages between departments when a Guest has a request or issue and are not able to leave our stations or locate one another.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Being able to create a task several people instead of one particular individual or department
