What do you like most?
Ivy gives us the opportunity to resolve any issue "before " the guest leaves the property. We use the group message feature to announce daily specials or promos and drive additional revenue to our outlets Ivy has helped us improve out LTR scores
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would love the ability to send a group message to " guest who have not arrived yet to let them know any upcoming events or even closures " I know we can set up a template for this with a welcome message, but not a group message feature.
