What do you like most?
MDO is easy to understand and to navigate. It is an excellent tool that can be customized to retain documents, to document electronic evidence of review, to monitor compliance, and to perform remote audits from a simple to a very complex accounting environment. Most importantly, it is fully supported by friendly and professionally team.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
MDO can be customized according to the organization needs. Sometimes it will require a very complex steps and will require times to design. Yet, MDO has always willing to listen and to improve any recommendation.
