What do you like most?
User friendly, self explanatory, all team members from reservations to revenue & distribution colleagues are happy with all features. Direct connectivity with the OTAs & RMS is working great, real-time interface, great customer support, highly recommended to any hotel. Saves us a lot of extra costs.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
No problems with HotelConnect, everything is working really good, customer service very attentive, capable of solving any issue in a very efficient way.
