What do you like most?
Workpop is a great tool to communicate with applicants. The ability to see all data in a convenient dashboard and to segment applicants for consideration and applicants that aren't qualified is a useful tool.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The software is newer so there are bound to be some growing pains. The flow from initial introduction to hiring could be tightened up. Additionally, the communication channels between hiring personnel and other company managers could be reviewed to allow for greater sharing of candidates and feedback. Again, the product is newer so there is a learning curve but I'd expect these few items to be tweaked in the next 6 months to provide greater satisfaction for both applicant and company HR.
