What do you like most?
I have been using Clock PMS for almost 5 years and I strongly like this PMS. Easy to customize, accessible via API, constant improvements, free updates with new features, very helpful support....
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- Guest’s Loyalty program, collect points and redeeming against revenue in a final invoice would be an encouragement for our customers to be more loyal. - To have opportunity for guests when they making reservation to create profile with email and pass or with their social profile (Facebook, Google, Linkedin), providing access to their date, email and phone. - When the guest accessed to SSP, could edit their profile date and change the pass (PIN) - To be edited Reservation Notes, not only erase it. - Pace Report should compare vs last year or vs last period.
