What do you like most?
Protel allows us a good analysis thanks to sharp and quality reports. The sales and technical team in France is very efficient and available by email and telephone. It is this relational and human aspect that has allowed us to maintain excellent relations with Protel and that makes us want to go further. and switch to Protel Air for next season. Olivier and Stéphanie do a remarkable job.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
What could be improved is the response time to ticket openings when we encounter a technical difficulty. An additional idea: that the technical support answers the phone except blocking problems.
