What do you like most?
The great customer service that is offered by the Tech support team at GuestPoint is some of the best in the industry. They have been very helpful in getting me up to speed using their software and every person I've dealt with has a wealth of knowledge to offer a caller. I only took over this property 6 weeks ago and hadn't used guest point in the past. One of the trainers, Jimmy worked with me and help me with the transition into this software. A big thanks to the guest point team and I look forward to working with you more in the future.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Most of the functionality is very good. One suggestion would be to allow over allocations on the booking chart, by moving more than one booking into one room at a time. This would make moving bookings around easier. Instead of having to mark them as unallocated then coming up with the issue of having over allocated dates.
