We've been using Guestpoint for over 7 years as our reservations system. The systems reliability and user friendliness is second to none. Very efficient checkin process. Of more value though is the support from the team. Great relationships and always someone available if you need help, guidance or training on a feature. Highly recommend.

I bought our first hotel 18 months ago and was then introduced to Guestpoint. Having no experience with them I expected to change to a cheaper system but the customer service was exceptional. I could reach them anytime I needed and they were always so patient and explained things well and would help with my issue. Would fully recommend them!
