What do you like most?
Great response time. Core programming aggregates high value information across many systems for easy navigation and troubleshooting. Interface is clean and easy to use, but allows for more complex drilling as needed. Scalability is fantastic.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would love to see the search and filtration capabilities improve within the platform, particularly within the logs, so that information and bugs can be identified faster. I would also like to see great flexibility on the end user side to build out custom views and dashboards (In fairness, this may be possible through other IRU products we are not currently using).
