My manager set up Sirvoy for us, however, had to leave. I was left to deal with the bookings and I am hopeless with technology and did not understand the procedures and how it all works website. I went on to live chat with a number of their staff who were extremely patient, immediately understood the issues and walked me carefully through what I should do. They were so helpful and I am extremely grateful

Thay handle all the payments so professionally and securely and I know I can reach someone at any time to ask for help.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I cant think of anything and am very happy with their service and support. They have a great team of people.
