What do you like most?
Sojern has been helpful in supporting our direct booking strategy and giving us another way to reach travelers across different digital channels. I especially appreciate the ability to target relevant audiences and keep our campaigns focused on driving direct business. The team has also been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed support or clarification.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would love to see an even more intuitive reporting and dashboard experience, particularly for users who are managing multiple marketing platforms at the same time. Making performance insights and key takeaways easier to find at a glance would make the platform even more useful for day-to-day decision-making.
