What do you like most?
Over the past few years, we’ve noticed significant improvements in Guestnet’s product development. New features are released regularly, and existing ones are continuously refined. The digital check-in and check-out in particular have become essential tools for our daily operations. They not only streamline the arrival and departure process but also save our reception team a considerable amount of time. Our guests appreciate the convenience, and our staff benefits from smoother workflows.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We are very happy with Guestnet. AI-driven personalization for guests would be a great addition — and knowing the team, they are probably already working on it.
