What do you like most?
I like it because it is a system that is very easy to use and helps reduce work, save time, and with all this we can have greater control of our reservations. Regarding doubts and support in the system, they have always been very attentive.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be very useful if Little Hotelier had a specific section for controlling breakfasts included in reservations, so that according to the registered reservations and the number of guests per room, the system could automatically generate the total number of breakfasts that should be provided per day. This would facilitate organization and planning in the restaurant area, allow better control of breakfasts included in the rates, and help avoid discrepancies in the quantities prepared daily. I consider it would be a very valuable tool to improve coordination between reception, administration, and restaurant, as well as to optimize supply control and reduce waste.
