What do you like most?
It's very easy to manage reservations correctly; we love how intuitive it is. It's easy to learn how to use the system, even for people with no experience in the hotel industry, and they resolve technical issues quickly. We're very happy with the system.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
We wish it were possible to add multiple rooms to the same guest on the check-in screen, without having to do it in the groups section. However, everything else is great.
