What do you like most?
I've been using Smart PMS for about a year. I'm switching from another PMS, but I find SmartPMS (formerly Ciaobooking) to be an excellent software, constantly updated to achieve the highest levels of performance. Compared to other more well-known software, it's relatively new and managed by a team of young people who work passionately to provide the best possible experience. Furthermore, it's perfect for small properties where budget is a key factor, as it's also more affordable than its competitors. I recommend it, and would recommend it to everyone, as it makes your daily work easier by managing your reservations with no risk of overbooking. Keep up the good work and continue to improve.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
