Excellent customer service on a Friday: Mr. Jilani stayed after closing time (6:00 PM) to resolve the issue. I greatly appreciated his availability and professionalism.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For now, I have been satisfied for years with this constantly evolving PMS, which is perfectly suited to my 65-room hotel.
