What do you like most?
What we appreciate most is the combination of a robust product and an accessible team. Whenever we've had questions or needed help with configuration, the response has always been quick and clear. The engine itself is comprehensive: it manages rates, restrictions, and channels seamlessly. It gives us peace of mind knowing that the system is well-maintained and supported by a team with in-depth knowledge of the hotel industry.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The control panel could benefit from more visual customization options to better suit each establishment. I would also appreciate it if the reporting module allowed for exporting data with more filters. That said, these are minor aspects of a tool that, in essence, more than delivers on its promises.
