What do you like most?
We’ve been using MessageBox for over 5 years now, and it has genuinely transformed how our hotel operates. It’s far more than just a guest messaging or task management tool — it’s the central nervous system that connects housekeeping, engineering, F&B, front office, and guests. The WhatsApp-style interface is extremely intuitive for staff, which drove very high adoption rates from day one. Being able to turn emails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages from guests, or internal requests into trackable tasks with checklists, escalations, and clear accountability has dramatically improved response times and reduced things falling through the cracks. Standout features for us: - Housekeeping module with real-time room status and task sheet allocation - Guest chat & web app (no app download needed for guests) - Digital menus + meal tracking (huge time-saver at breakfast) - AI-powered reporting and Lost & Found - Seamless staff-to-staff messaging that links directly to tasks Implementation was smooth, support is excellent and responsive, and the ROI has been very clear through faster service delivery and higher guest satisfaction scores.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The platform is already performing at an excellent standard and continues to support our daily operations effectively with its robust and reliable features. The MessageBox team has been highly proactive in addressing our needs and consistently improving the system. We’re excited to see what new innovations they bring as the product continues to evolve.
