What do you like most?
Overall, Cloudbeds makes our daily hotel operations much easier. We can manage reservations without too many complicated steps, keep guest information organized, and issue invoices conveniently. When guests request separate bills, splitting the charges is also straightforward, which saves time for our front desk team.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The Reports section feels a little overwhelming because there are so many options, and some reports are not really relevant to our daily work.
