What do you like most?
What I like most about Duler is the ability to build and view schedules by department. Everything is clearly organized, making it easy to navigate and review staffing needs without scrolling through one long list. The platform is user-friendly, and I especially appreciate the approval process. I can return schedules to department heads with specific notes explaining what needs to be adjusted before approval. Having forecast data pulled directly from GRO also supports more accurate labor planning and helps align staffing with expected business demand. If an employee’s schedule changes, only the affected employee is notified rather than the entire team. Duler also notifies you when an employee is approaching overtime, allowing you to make the necessary adjustments.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At this time, I have no suggestions for improvement. As I continue using it, ideas for improvement may come to mind.
