What do you like most?
We run a small hotel in a winter destination where many competitors don't publish their prices online, so it was always hard to know where we stood. With RMS Lite version we can check pricing from competitors in similar destinations. That gave us a much clearer picture and helped us position ourselves correctly. The LOS rate shopping is especially valuable, because length-of-stay restrictions are standard in our market and we can now see how others price their minimum-stay offers. The result: we've already started selling at higher rates, and our guests keep reviewing us with high scores. The higher price hasn't affected how guests value their stay.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Nothing in particular so far. We're new to revenue management, and the system has been simple and easy to use from day one.
