What do you like most?
Exely has been an excellent solution for managing our hotel operations at Jurgen Resort. The platform is very user-friendly, reliable, and easy to navigate. We use Exely PMS, Exely Channel Manager, and Exely Booking Engine, and they help us manage our daily operations efficiently and keep everything well organized. I would also like to give special thanks to Gerion Gjyli for his quick, professional, and helpful assistance. It is a pleasure to work with a support team that is always responsive, approachable, and ready to help whenever needed. Having reliable support makes a real difference and gives us confidence in using the platform. Overall, we are very satisfied with Exely and would gladly recommend it to other hotels looking for a reliable and easy-to-use hotel management solution.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Everything has been perfect so far, we have not had any problems with any of the products and we are confident having Exely Support Team by our side our job managing our Resort will be very easy.
