What do you like most?
We are using Clock+ since 2020 and we had never am issue with the use because the UI is very intuitive and the application lets you define just about everything to fit the profile and market of the product. But what was the decider for us was the fact that you also can enter very complicated and detailed TO contracts in a way I have not seen in other Hotel management systems. What is not been talked about much is the fact that the technical support team just goes beyond was one could hope for from a software provider. Over and over again we have received also support and help for questions or additional training which went beyond the scope of the support teams responsabillity, and that is specially today very rare to find.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Not really anything comes to mind since Clock+ is continuously listening to their users and building improvements and include technical advancements which is just what we as a customer can hope for.
