What do you like most?
We used the software for two years, and when we decided to switch, we gave the appropriate notice for cancellation. Now, for the last 3 months, they’ve continued to charge us monthly even though we were no longer under contract and are no longer using the system. We’ve reached out to several people, and they can’t seem how to make it stop.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Customer service declined over the years. Program is great for smaller management company’s or individual owners but we sized out.
