What I like most about Hotelchamp is the tangible impact their booking engine has had on our direct bookings. Since implementation, we’ve seen a clear and significant increase in reservations through our own website. The platform is intuitive, effective, and continuously optimized for performance. Additionally, the Hotelchamp team is outstanding: proactive, responsive, and truly collaborative. They think along with us and consistently go the extra mile to support our goals.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At this moment, I honestly don’t have any points for improvement. We are very satisfied with both the product and the partnership.
