What do you like most?
Customer service representative Abigail was very friendly and helpful with my issues. So I would say that their customer support.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Well, onboarding process was a bit difficult but that really wasn't SiteMinders fault because previous owner didn't pay his bills.
