A technology that works to bring relief at the reception. The support is quite good in most cases.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The layout of the emails could be more appealing. With the recommended minimum settings, the guest receives at least 4 emails. That is quite a lot, especially since the independent booking confirmation is also sent via email.
