What do you like most?
Connectivity with other programs and that the APIs are open. It is also quite agile in daily tasks. It has a single search engine for the entire tool and a fairly accurate AI support.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
All the issues with pricing and billing. Products are always added to the base price, so it's complicated to "play" with the rates to suit each moment. Especially with experiences or rates that include many products. On the other hand, billing is neither clear for the user nor for the client; there is much room for improvement in this area.
