What do you like most?
I didn't see it from the options above, but the online amenity store has been incredibly helpful in giving our guests a variety of options to choose from prior to arrival and also helped drive revenue.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The amenity sales reporting. When exporting the data from the amenity sales, the reporting is in excel format and the values duplicate themselves, so it requires quite a bit of editing once in excel to just simply see how much money was made.
