What do you like most?
Shela provide quick action in resolving 15 rooms out of balance in one of our group blocks. She then swiftly responded to my email to let me know that the variance was resolved.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Streamlining the various daily processes so it's not so time consuming. (i.e. putting rooms out of order, billing GNS reservations, checking in guests, assigning rooms to housekeeping and updating the room status.
