What do you like most?
I had several questions and all of them were answered thoughtfully. Overall one of the best support experiences I’ve ever had with any service. In general Sirvoy has been a great platform for my business.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only change I would make is to sirvoy vault. If that system had a way to differentiate credit cards from debit cards it would be perfect. Also Sirvoy vault should have a space for the zip code that’s associated with the card. Sometimes the customers address has a different zip than is associated with the card.
