What do you like most?
Easily able to integrate all OTRs and direct website bookings to avoid double-booking. Also, the ability to drag and drop reservations from the calendar is great.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- The dashboard is great, but it should also include a flag to easily identify any new bookings that have not been auto-assigned a room. These can be missed. - The mobile app needs a lot of improvement - from an iphone, it does not allow us to easily see availability or book for guests who call us when we are not in front of the computer. Also, when viewing the calendar, the "confirm" button does not always display at the bottom of the screen, so you cannot select a date. - From the desktop display, It would be nice to be able to add a note directly from the calendar view.
