What do you like most?
We've had HelloShift going into our second year, and continue to be very happy with it. We have it set up that guests receive a welcome text on the day of arrival, and from there, they are encourage to text us if they need anything. Having an app on our phone vital - we tried a different solution at first, but the lack of integration with our cells was a problem (desktop only is not good for us). Price is also very good.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The interface is a bit rustic. It is a bit clunky when we need to search for a specific guest (e.g., if someone left behind something), but the day to day functioning of the system is great.
